You may visit the Site anonymously. The Site does not have its own forms for collecting your name, email address or phone number. You may choose to share that information when you call, text or email Jessica, schedule a consultation, or start a mortgage application through the links described below. You can always choose not to provide personal information, though doing so may prevent you from using certain services.

When you visit the Site, we record limited information about the visit: the page viewed, the website that referred you (domain only), and campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source or utm_campaign). We also record certain interactions, such as opening a calculator, playing or sharing a Mortgage Minutes video, or clicking a consultation button. These records do not include your name, contact details or the numbers you enter into calculators.

Your browser may also provide technical information to the services that run the Site, such as browser type, device type and connection details.

Calculators on the Site run in your browser. The amounts, rates and other figures you enter are not saved by the Site. Results are educational estimates only.

The Site uses your browser’s temporary session storage to remember campaign tags and the referring website’s domain during your visit, so campaign tags can be passed to the scheduling page. This information is generally cleared when you close the browser tab, although some browsers may restore session information when tabs are restored.

The Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It may place cookies and send information about your visit, such as pages viewed, to Meta to measure advertising and show relevant ads. Meta’s use of that information is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.

You may set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.

Consultation scheduling is provided by Calendly. The mortgage application link opens a separate secure application portal used by Ease Mortgage. Information you provide on those services is collected by those services, not by this Site, and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Campaign tags may be passed to Calendly with your scheduling link.

The Site also links to other websites, such as social media profiles, review sites and government or regulatory resources. We do not control the content or practices of those websites, and browsing and interaction on them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Information may be used to:

• Respond to your questions and requests when you contact Jessica.
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site and improve it.
• Measure which campaigns and referral sources bring visitors to the Site.
• Provide mortgage services you request.

If you text Jessica, standard message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Ease Mortgage’s SMS Terms and Conditions are described in its Privacy Policy.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We never collect or maintain information on the Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
