Hi, I'm Jessica.
Mortgages can get complicated quickly. My job is to make them easier to understand.
I start with you—not a loan program. What are you trying to accomplish? What does your monthly budget need to look like? How long do you plan to stay in the home? What matters most to you?
Then we look at the options, the trade-offs, and what actually makes sense for your situation. And if making a move right now isn't the best option, I'll tell you that too.
I want you to understand not just what you're choosing, but why you're choosing it.
My Path in Mortgage
I started my mortgage career at Rocket Mortgage, where I built a strong foundation in the lending process and learned how much goes into taking a loan from the first conversation to closing.
I later moved into the mortgage broker world, which gave me access to a broader range of lenders, programs and ways to structure financing. That evolution shaped how I work today: instead of starting with one product, I start with the client's goals and compare the options available for their situation.
Today, I work with homebuyers, homeowners, veterans, physicians, investors, retirees and borrowers whose situations may not fit neatly into a traditional lending box.

A Little About Me
Outside of mortgages, I'm a wife and mom of three. Family life has also given me a very practical appreciation for the fact that financial decisions don't happen on a spreadsheet—they have to work in real life, too.
