A Mortgage Resource for You and Your Buyers

Education first. Mortgage solutions second. When a buyer's financing question doesn't have a simple answer, it helps to have someone who will talk it through clearly — with you and with them.

How I Support Your Buyers

Clear Financing Conversations

Straightforward explanations of what a financing scenario may look like, so your buyer understands the numbers rather than guessing at them.

Scenario Questions Welcome

Property type, program considerations, timelines or documentation questions can be talked through before they become surprises in a transaction.

More Than One Solution

Several financing structures may be worth comparing. The right one depends on the buyer's situation, not a predetermined loan program.

Direct Communication

You and your buyer work directly with Jessica when questions come up.

Situations Worth a Conversation

  • A buyer who is early in the process and still learning how financing works
  • A buyer with self-employment or non-traditional income
  • A buyer asking about down payment options or assistance programs
  • A buyer weighing a renovation or new-construction purchase
  • A buyer relocating from another state
  • A buyer who wants to understand the numbers before shopping

You don't need to know which loan program your buyer needs before reaching out. Start with the situation, and we'll work from there.

Pre-Approval Guidance

When a buyer is ready for a more complete review, the process generally involves an application along with review of relevant financial information and documentation. Completing an application does not itself guarantee pre-approval, and additional information may be required. Buyers who aren't there yet are welcome to start with a conversation instead.
